<description>I have steamed juiced chokecherries, apricot, plum and elderberries with no additives. I did use one tablespoon of lemon juice while removing pits. I was just adding a quart of water for juice to drink. Now, I would like to use these for wine making. Do you have recipes or ideas to convert the quart concentrate into wine? I have reviewed your web page and found it very helpful in my attempts to process concord grapes into wine. Now I want to convert all my bottled concentrate into wine processing, if possible. Should I just take the recipes and use one quart of the concentrate per gallon and test it for acidity and then adjust?
Thank you for your time,
