		<description>Keith, I received this reply from Andrew Yap: &quot;The mechanisms of HPU and RO is completely different. HPU will not remove VA from wine. In trails carried out in wineries in CA with VA tainted barrels, HPU was able to remove some of the VA smell but not all. However, HPU has been shown to be very effective in removing 4-EP and 4-EG aromas from infected barrels.&quot;</description>
