Thanks for the very nice interview &amp; comments, perhaps I should make just a couple of things clear: we prepare food to match with wine and seek out wines that are a good match with food - its wine + food, together. Numero Duo, Soif is a great place because of the folks who work here and make it happen: John Locke &amp; Luke on wine, Chris Avila &amp; Santos Majano in the kitchen and Nancy, who keeps it all together!
