Charlie, how disappointing I did not meet you. I don’t know what you look like! We must have passed by one another more than once. About the vanished comment, according to my blog mail, I never received it! Can you resubmit? It happens rarely, but emails, especially from overseas, do get lost in cyberspace. I’ll check my unsophisticated spam folder. Maybe it was rerouted there. Always a pleasure, sir.

Hmm. Left a commnet a couple of hours ago. It has seemingly disappeared into the night.

I was there as well, and I wish I had known you were coming into my ‘hood–I live just a couple of miles down the road. It would have been great to say hello.

Like you, I enjoyed the event. PS has come a long way and I found more wines looking for balance and expression of the grape than ever before.

If I can horn in a bit, I would like to point also to the wines of Robert Biale. I thought it was a great range of efforts.

Hats off to you for such a quick reporting of your Petite Adventure! I’m still putting stuff away, and you’re putting stuff on the Internet.

I wish I could help with the name of the band. Rock Wall hired them, thinking that we didn’t have music, when – in fact – we had a DJ, as you noted.

What a blur, when one’s expediting. I’m going to have to get other people’s reactions, to make sure it went well. It looked like it did, but one never knows, from where I was perched.

(I did bust a few moves dancing, though.)
